Abbott Alastar

Hhh, more The Secret of Kells stuff. This here is Alastar and he's the abbot of Lindisfarne (where Odhrán and Faolán come from). He's kind of a jerk, finding Faolán and Odhrán to be heretics, and he's had many run-ins with Vikings, that's how he got the scar across his face.

Mini Sketchdump

Came up with a new fan character for The Secret of Kells; his name is Odhrán, and he's super mega shy and was one of the Papar (Irish monks who were in Iceland and the Faroe Islands) before he went to Lindisfarne. 

Sitting in contemplation with Faolán (another fan character, whose design was made by a friend of mine, and we also wrote his backstory together). So, Faolán was his apprentice for a bit.

A small shizpost thing, I keep seeing Aidan pulling off dad jokes on Brendan ahah. All in good fun.

Mostly just Secret of Kells stuff, but I hope to post more sketches like these (original or fan art). I've been drawing in my sketchbook more with some ink brush pens and just my pencil than drawing digitally.
